I´ve implemented `direct booking .
I would like to create rule to check when meeting arrives to the inbox if
the meeting star in 30 minutes or before , meeting has to be deleted and send
an email ( response) to the requester, if the meeting start in 30 minute or
later leave in the inbox to process direct booking
