Default Contacts Full...Outlook Won't Operate...Help!

Since you are "fairly computer literate," one would assume you have a recent
backup of your Outlook data file? What is the reported size of your current
file?

I imported contacts from an Excel sheet (only 10), but it downloaded every
blank row after the 10! I now have over 98,000 blank contacts in Outlook,
and
when I try to open Outlook to remove them it freezes. I've tried rebooting
but no help.

I use ActiveSynch to synch with my smartphone, so I am able to access the
contacts through that, but can only delete 25 at a time, which will take
me
the rest of my life! Any suggestions? Since these were all saved as
"non-catagorized", if I could access the contact file I could just delete
the
non-catagory file, perhaps through My Computer or something?

Needless to say I am fairly computer illiterate...I know enough to screw
things up but not enough to fix them! Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks!
