Default Using Categories to distinguish appointments in one Calendar

Assign each appointment a category and then use a color to distinguish
either the internal/external optio or the category for normal viewing. When
you want to print a copy of just one category, customize your view to only
show that category and then print that.

After furious head scratching, MC LEARN asked:

| we are trying to create one calendar, but display appointments as
| either "internal" or "external".
|
| Can we use a category name on each appointment, then print only a
| Calendar with the internal appointments, or only the external
| appointments displayed?
|
| We use Outlook 2003.
