Default error message 'an unknown error has occurred'

It's a bug, usually only seen when OE polls the MSN/Hotmail server for the
first time in a session. No fix.

Workaround: Keep OE open and configured to poll the account(s) on a schedule
(e.g., every 30 minutes).
