Default 1 day events turn into 2 day events

Only some? Which dates are affected and which ones are not affected?

I do NOT believe my problem is a DST problem. The events are represented
correctly on my laptop, only when I copy the .pst file to my desktop do
SOME
of the one day events become TWO day events.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
JWB

I've double and triple checked the time zone settings and clocks on
both computers, and they are both the same.

This really makes a mess of my calendar, does anyone have any
suggestions?
