Default Invitiations

That's interesting Catlover, but when I try that, I get the following message:

"This meeting cannot be sent because there are no recipient names in the To
Box. Would you like to save and close this meeting?"

If the person making the invitation clicks on the 'scheduling' tab when
making the appointment, then clicks on the far left column on the line of any
attendees who they do not want to receive an invitation, it gives you the
option to 'not send an invitation to that attendee'. This works for me when
sending invitations that will include my boss, but that he doesn't need to
receive the invitaton for. Because I have delegated rights for his diary it
still puts it in his diary, but does not send him the actual invitation.

Is there a way in Outlook to turn off the email invitations everytime a
meeting is scheduled?

We are using Outlook 2003 with BCM and MS Exchange.
