Bill,

Thanks for your advice. I copied the file from the old pc and tried to
place in the new pc without success. Although I have administrator right on
my account, I cannot access the contents of Documents and Settings folder.
Do I need to do something different from Windows XP in order to access the
contents of that folder?

Thanks,

Scott

Scott,
you can right-click on your mail folder in Outlook. Select
"Properties" then click the "Advanced" button. This will show you
where the pst file is located. Once you move this file, you can just
open it from Outlook on your new machine.

Scott,

Can you tell me what the problem is with accessing your folder? Can
you not see it or do you get an "access denied" error or something
else?

Bill
