Default How do I clear all flags on numerous contacts at once?

I somehow accidently hit either a key combination or icon that flagged every
one of my 1200+ contacts with a follow up flag. I'm clear on how to unflag
them one at a time, but how do I select them all and then unflag them? When
I have multiple contacts selected the flag option is not available and going
through them all one at a time is not going to be my idea of a good time.

The other option would be some insight on the key combination or icon I may
have hit and then I could just undo the command, but I've entered other
commands since the accident and "undo" isn't available to me now.

Thanks for any insight you might have!
