It's not a paid account, is there a web site from Microsoft where they're
informing and letting everybody know about this?? and Why i can access my
Hotmail Account thru Outlook Express easily but Outlook 2003??

Is this a paid account? MSN is slowly removing HTTP access for all but
paid
accounts (and eventually, it may go away for paid accounts).
