I would like to be able to send a meeting request to schedule training for a
large group of people. The first 20 people who respond will automatically be
selected attend the meeting. The next people who respond would then be
placed on a waiting list (tentative) in case any of the previous people
canceled. To go one step more make an option for administrators to approve
attendees.
