As far as I know, this problem is caused by having an Exchange account and a
POP3 account in the same Outlook profile. Not sure if you can change the "on
behalf of" without putting each account in its own profile, but I'm not much
of an Exchange expert, so perhaps someone else will weigh in if there is
another way.
