Diane - Thank you for your time to respond.

Someone else recommended that I switch to all exchange. However, when I use
exchange rather than IMAP, when I go to create a new outgoing email, I lose
the drop down option box as to what account I want to send the email from.

My 5 accounts are etc etc.

So I want to be able to send the emails originating from specific accounts.
If I am missing something in the configuration please let me know what it is.

So if I start playing with groove, then I wmight be able to get all the
outlook clients (on different machines) to have matching rules, formats,
color organization, etc etc ?

exchange, why aren't you connecting to it using exchange instead of imap? if
you would, most of the things you need will sync with the server and be
available where ever you open the mailbox as some of the stuff is stored in
the mailbox.

on the ie question and for stationery, no, not unless you use something like
groove or ifolder to sync those folders to several machines.
