Default stationery

If you bought outlook by itself and not in a bundle, you cant use stationery
(web themes). I finally got a call from MS tech support after weeks of
trying to get an answer on this issue. So if we really really want such a
simple feature, Bill Gates needs a lot more cash to make it happen.

Scott,

You are not alone. I am suffering the exact same setup conditions and same
problem with stationery as you.

Details are in my post, but nobody wants to reply form Microsoft. I spent
alot of time with MS phone support, they had no answer. Only that web themes
do not seem to come with the stand alone copies of outlook.

If you get lucky enough to find a solution to this, please let me know.

Good Luck!

I just purchased Outlook 2007 in addition to the Student and Teacher package.
When I try to use the stationery feature it says in the mail options "themes
not installed". I tried to go back through the main disk setup and add
anything missing but it didn't help. Any information would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott
