Default Should I upgrade to 2003

Hi All

Two questions re Outlook that I need advice on please

1.. I am using Outlook Office XP The office has purchased Office 2003 and
wants us all to upgrade. I have no problems with Word and Excel but am
reluctant to change Outlook XP as it works OK for me. It is has all
updates.

2.. I am not involved in inter office uses other than email. My main use
of Outlook is for Contacts (not shared) Appointments (not shared) and
syncing these to my Palm

3.. How do I set the format for my Contacts Mobile Numbers. Outlook
treats them as landlines ie (04) 1819-7035 Even when I correct this
manually to 0418 197035 it reverts.

4.. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Regards David Gilder

For what it is worth, should you also decide to upgrade to Windows Vista at
some point down the road, you will need to go to Outlook 2003 (or 2007) as
well. Outlook 2002 has some serious issues when run with Vista, the major
one being an inability to save account passwords between sessions.
