That means that account is probably set up incorrectly. Look in OE at
Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Servers. Check with your ISP for the
correct settings.
This could also be caused by your anti-virus program being set to scan
e-mail. If so, disable that function of the anti-virus program.
