I'm using OE 6 and am having a problem retrieving my emails. Each time I
try to retrieve my emails, I the first 6 emails and then my email program
times out while trying to retrieve the 7th email. When I try to retrieve
again, the 7th email (which is a 3 MB picture email) is there, but I start
receiving the first 6 emails again and it times out on the same 7th email.
I've tried to contact my ISP, but they say there's nothing they can do other
than reset my email account which they said would probably delete all my
previous emails.

Is there anything I can do other than backup my mail directory to a folder
and have them reset my email account?
