function normally. My neighbor is thinking maybe what I did [compacting
her folders] caused the problem. I'm thinking there's no connection -
just a timewise coincidence.
I'm totally stuck. Nothing I did brought back the Toolbar. Send/Receive
functions - just no buttons.
