Hi Redapples,

your Outlook version is?

Till Outlook 2003 you could delete the Outlook Addressbook and add it

(after
a restart of Outlook) again.

In Outlook (till 2003) under "Tools/Email Accounts/Show existing

directories
and Outlook Addressbooks/ = Next = Delete here the Outlook Addressbook.

Restart Outlook and add the Addressbook again.

Helpfull information how to add an Outlook Addressbook and how to make a
contact folder to an Outlook Addressbook are on this site:

"Contact information does not appear in the address book in Outlook 2002

and
Outlook 2003"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287563/en-us

For Outlook 2007 you can not delete the Addressbook. Here you have to

create
a complete new profil.

I have migrated exchange to a new server. Since then the Outlook Address
books that pointed to the old mailbox on the old server are still

present.
I
can add the same address books with new shortcuts but my old ones still
persist. Is there any way to remove these. I refer to the list that is
presented when clicking the To button or using the Address Book Icon in
the
Standard tool bar and the resultant Address Book window.
