Thank you for your patience and time. Sorry to ask so many simple questions.
I am very green on this and just have no idea what and where to look for
setting. Now as it turned out I have been looking at the wrong place for the
setting.

As regard to the rules. I did tried that before I post to the group but it
seems to have different effect from the pop accounts so naturally I thought
I might have done something wrong as I am very green and never see it works
previously.

ToolsRules and AlertsNew RuleStart from a blank ruleCheck messages
after sendingNext. Select the conditions you want and click Next.
Select the "Move a copy to the specified folder" action. In the Step 2
pane, click "specified" and specify the folder where the messages should
move. Click Next and follow the remaining prompts.
