The autocompletion cache is populated only by the messages you have sent.
The format of what appears in that cache is determined entirely by the
sender if you have replied to that message.

Not at all. You have failed to understand that autocompletion has nothing

do with your Contacts Folder and the information it contains. It only
uses
information from the autocompletion cache, which contains information
derived only from headers of the messages you have sent.
