I am having this exact same problem. TheTools:Send/Receive:Free/Busy
Information option is grayed out for me, too. My Free/Busy showed up fine
until just about 3 weeks ago.

Any reasons as to why this is happening?

"On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, and then click Free/Busy
