Hello I'm from the UK and just need some information about read
receipts.
Earlier this week I sent a blanket email to every single member of
parliament, I included a read receipt.

I have had 32 returned to me saying : 'Your message was deleted
without
being read on Tue, 27 Feb 2007 22:18:43 -0000', obviously there are
diffent
times.

Is it possible to get the 'Your message was deleted without being
read'
return even if the recipient viewed the message in the preview pane in
outlook express?

I need to know this before I email the individuals back to ask them
why they
deleted my mail without first reading it?
