Default Read Receipts

Bob,
I would venture that the parliament's mail program/service, just rejected your
emails, and bounced them back to you. And that no one even read their contents.

UK's parliament's email program/service be set up, to refuse emails for the
following reason:
a. Emails requiring a email receipt.
b. Emails that have been addressed in a manner, which makes them appear as
"SPAM".
1. Which may include coming from invalid or fake email addresses.
2. You ISP's mail server may be blocked due to excessive "SPAMMING".
c. Emails that use the CC: and/or BCC: Line, and has a BLANK email address in
the TO: Line .
d. Emails that they deem as abusive or threatening.
e. Emails with attachments.
f. There may other reasons why, too, that I have not mentioned above.

1. You may need to first create your email message (I would create it in
Text-Only format) without addressing the To: Line of the message.
2. Then save it to your desktop.
On the Email message window Save asSelect Desktop Name your message file.
3. From the Desktop open your saved email message, and address the message's To:
Line with one member's email address.
4. Then Send the message.
5. Repeat addressing method, for each members of parliament.

Remember, there are people hired and working for the parliament members. Their
jobs are to make sure that their bosses' desks are not cluttered with stuff. So
the member may never read the emails that are sent to the publicly known email
address.

Have A Good Day!

Subject: Read Receipts

Hello I'm from the UK and just need some information about read receipts.
Earlier this week I sent a blanket email to every single member of
parliament, I included a read receipt.

I have had 32 returned to me saying : 'Your message was deleted without
being read on Tue, 27 Feb 2007 22:18:43 -0000', obviously there are diffent
times.

Is it possible to get the 'Your message was deleted without being read'
return even if the recipient viewed the message in the preview pane in
outlook express?

I need to know this before I email the individuals back to ask them why they
deleted my mail without first reading it?

Thanks in advance

Bob
