Hi,

Often I want to send a group of people an e-mail to determin what date they
all together are avalable for a certain invitation.
I want to create a standard e-mail for this in wich I just have to alter
four dates and send it to these persons.
Behind each date in this e-mail I want to privide a toggle option so the
receiver only has to reply the e-mail with the dates marked that he or she
is available.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to accomplish this?
