Does anyone know of a way to send a sort of "template" message to different
types of customers? Depending on how my customers find me (mail order,
billboard, referral, etc.) I would like to send something of a form letter,
for lack of a better term, to each type of customer. Currently I am opening
a message previously sent and retyping all of the pertinent information and
then deleting the "recipient" info from the body of the message. Is there an
easier way? Thank you in advance for suggestions.
