The how do you get the HTML from Word into Outlook Express? Do you
copy/paste into the messages body, or do a Send of the Word document or
something else?
Outlook Express doesn't have the option to use Word as the default
editor. However, Outlook97/98/2000+ do. If it's one of those programs
that you are using, then see:

I create a number of emails using outlook in HTML. I have Word
defaulted as my email editor. Often times when I create the emails it
looks fine, but when I hit send the graphics tend to shift. Sometimes
the graphics I use are as simple as a rectangle from auto shapes, or
the company logo, or a text box, or line. Do you know how to prevent
this from happening? For example I created an email and had a
rectangle and a pic in th eleft corner when I sent it to myself the
rectangle and pic moved to the center of the doc. This same thing
happens when I use mail merge in microsoft word. Thanks in advance for
your help.
