Default Message Templates

To use a template message in Outlook Express
- Start a new message.
- Fill in as much as you want. TO, CC, BCC, SUBJECT, body, etc.
- If you include an attachment at this point, a copy gets saved with
the template and it may not get updated if you later update the original
file before sending
- Do a File, Save As to an *.EML file. Save to the Desktop, or any
other Windows folder. Create a short cut to the *.EML file if you like.
- To use the template either double click it from the Desktop, Windows
File Explorer or any short cut that you may have created to the file.
- Make any changes and send as normal. The template will remain as it
was for future use.

Does anyone know of a way to send a sort of "template" message to
different
types of customers? Depending on how my customers find me (mail
order,
billboard, referral, etc.) I would like to send something of a form
letter,
for lack of a better term, to each type of customer. Currently I am
opening
a message previously sent and retyping all of the pertinent
information and
then deleting the "recipient" info from the body of the message. Is
there an
easier way? Thank you in advance for suggestions.
