RPC over HTTPS is not supported on Windows 2000.

After furious head scratching, DavidS asked:

| 1) I can ping the Exchange Server without issue
| 2) I've reviewed article 325930 from MS - RPC settings - but need you
| to confirm what should they be for Windows 2000 OS - I've reviewed
| with your notes and don't see obvious issues.
| 3) Repair outlook not an issue - same message always

| Basically, the exchange server doesn't appear to be recognized. I'm
| not sure why - any suggestions as towards what I can do to fix this /
| or where I can look for solution.
