See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#4 If you still can find the dbx files then
you can probably import them. If the files are gone, then my DBXpress
program might pull some of them off the hard drive, if the disk clusters
they were living on weren't overwritten, as it will analyze the entire drive
and not just the files. If can recover the messages from the drive, even if
it was reformatted, but it depends upon whether or not the clusters were
