I've never seen this and am not convinced that it's an actual problem. There really isn't any compelling need to ever access the Standard Forms library directly.

Outlook 2000 - I have access to all the standard forms (Contact, Message,
etc.) but when I go to Choose Form, the Standard Forms Library is blank.
Everything is there when I go to Design Form. Just starting to learn about
Forms. What's up? I did move my default location for PST files. Is that
related in any way? Standard Forms Library is visible on my other computer
with a very similar file structure. Also visible on this computer when I log
in to WinXP as another user.
