Shawn, if the e-mai is open this adds the BCC:
Public Sub MyMacro()
Dim Mail as Outlook.MailItem
Set Mail=Application.ActiveInspector.CurrentItem
Mail.BCC = "your address here"
End sub
The Mail object also has some Flag* properties. Please see them in the
object browser (f2), you might the click f1 for help.

I can use VBA enough to get myself in trouble. Can someone help me
automatically add my own email address to the BCC field and mark a message
I
send with a follow-up flag? I would rather it be something I can choose
after I star an email because I may not always want to do this. I do,
however, want to save myself some work when I want to do this. One macro
(that I'll assign to a button) to do both tasks would be great.
Thanks.
