Default slow starting OE6

Turn off any email scanning in your anti-virus.
Move all messages out of the Inbox to user created folders and compact the

OE6 is extremely slow in starting up.The problem started some weeks ago
and is increasing.
At the end of the slow startup Microsoft Serurity Center warns "that my
computer might be at risk".
Soon after this warning NAV pops up and the warning disappears.
So NAV might be the culprit! but I don't dare to uninstall/reinstall it as
in the meantime the computer would be unprotected.
