I repeat and add to my earlier response. The Taskpad can be printed on he
same page as the Calendar. So you don't need to print 2 pages. Before doing
so, you can set a myriad of settings on the TaskPad. Have a go.

What you described is what I normally do. I print out 1 sheet from the
task
folder and 1 from the colander. I recently noticed I could print out the
"outlook today" which has both the calendar I need and tasks. It would be
ideal if I could sort the tasks in that view by category, so I only have
to
print out one page in the morning. If there is a way to not have the
completed tasks displayed in that view that would be a bit more useful to
me.

Right click the column header of the TaskPad and set the columns and
grouping.
