within one of the windows will show a 1 hour difference from expected

the windows. For example, in 2006 I created a recurring appointment on
March 8, with the time being set to 2:00 Central. My expectation is that
during the start window, this appointment will show 3:00 Central until
DST
kicks in, then will show 2:00 Central until the end window.

Is this correct?
