DST and Alternate Time Zones
what zones are you testing it with? do you have the dst setting correct for
that zone? IE, I have ET and PT zones configured and since PT honors DST,
if the DST setting is not checked, the PT time is 4 hrs off of ET, not 3.

I have applied the patches for DST (including TZmove.exe). My system clock
and primary time zone (Eastern Time Zone) are behaving correctly. I
applied
a secondary time zone (IST) to Outlook and it is out by one hour. Any
non-Daylight Saving Time time zone that I have tried is also out by one
hour.
I am using Windows XP Pro, SP2 and Office Pro SP2. Can anyone help?
