I did see that too, and yes I understand what you said. However, how come
when I use Mozilla mail client I don't have that issue? The header's for the
Mozilla and Outlook are the same.

10.2.4.3 IP is our SMTP relay and it is Windows 2000 SP4 which I used
TZedit.exe Update tool to change the time. I've rebooted the server last
night, not right after I update the region settings. Still receiving 1 hour
ahead with Outlook.
Do you think I need to change the time of our firewall too? I don't see why
that would create the issue though.
