Default Calendar reminders...

I want to send a reminder company wide. How can I schedule something on my
calendar, then at the appropriate time send a reminder to all employees...so
they can follow-up on the issue? Specifcally, I'd also like to add a web
link into the reminder so employees can go directly to a unique site where
I've outlined a marketing message.
