Opened outlook.
File - Import and export - Export to a file - Personal folder file -
Choose personal folder(checked inculde subfolder) - choose a location to
save and save it.

And that's one of the best ways to corrupt your data. if you are not on
Exchange, just close Outlook and make a copy of your pst file.
