I am having a problem with the autocomplete addresse feature in office
outlook 2003 (11.8118.8122) sp2 program. Every time I close the outlook
program and open it again and try to send a new message the autocomplete
feature does not work.

So I have tried to solve this issue using the following solutions:

Solution # 1:
I opened office outlook and turned off the autocomplete feature, then I
closed the program then Open it again and re-enabled the autocomplete
feature. Next I clicked on new message and I sent an email to my self. my
email was saved in the autocomplete option, but once I close and reopene
outlook the autocomplete can not recall/autocomplete my email address.
==this solution did not work.

Solution #2:
I search for the autocomplete catch file *.NK2 and deleted that file from my
computer. I opened my outlook software and sent an email to my self then
closed the program and then re-opened the software. Once again outlook could
not recall my email address. ** I found out that office outlook could not
replace the deleted file *.NK2 with a new cache file.
==this solution did not work.

Solution #3:
I deleted the folder that contained NK2 cache file and then launched the
outlook program hoping the the software will create the deleted folder and
replace the missing cache files. **I found out that the software did create a
folder and some xml files but it did not create a cache file NK2.
==this solution did not work.

Solution #4:
I used auto-detect and repair feature in the MS Office Setup.
==this solution did not work

Solution #5:
I removed MS office outlook (ONLY) and reinstall it again.
==this solution did not work

Solution #6:
I created a new profile.
==this solution did not work

Solution #7:
I deleted the folder that contain cache NK2 file and opened outlook with the
new profile. ** the software replaced the deleted folder and files that I
have removed except for the cache file NK2. the program for some reson could
not create a new NK2 file.
==this solution did not work

In general if I keep the program running then yes the autocomplete feature
does work, but once I close the program, for some reason, outlook can not
save the addresses to the cache file NK2.

I also noticed that the software can not recreate the cache file NK2.

So please can any one help my out with this problem.
