Default Recovering Deleted Emails

I can't help there. I have never used the program. Sorry. The author of the
DBX programs is an OE MVP and replies to posts about his programs.

Hi Bruce:

I opened the downloaded .zip file and I suppose that I have the program
where I can use it. When I click on WOE5Extract.exe and it opens a screen
"Untitled - Windows Outlook Express 5 Extraction", but I cannot figure out
from this how to find anything, because when I click on Extractions
everything is greyed out.

Maybe you can assist me further, because I really don't know if I even
have it installed properly. I sure can't find any deleted emails.

Thanks

Macallan Outlook Express Extraction (Freeware):
http://www.insideoe.com/resources/tools.htm#macallan

Not free:

DBXtract:

DBXpress: {much faster for large files}
http://www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/Default.aspx

If compacting has taken place since the messages were deleted, only
DBXpress run in Extract From Disk Mode has a chance to recover the
messages.

Hi:

I suppose everybody at one time or another has always wanted to recover
a recently deleted email.

What is the easiest and best freeware, or for that matter a procedure,
that can be used to recover deleted emails?

Thanks
