Default tentative appointment

No, because it's Outlook that tentatively accepts the meeting. If Outlook isn't running, no acceptance.

Hi all

I am working with OUtlook (2003) and exchange server at work. When you send
a meeting it only appears as tentative when it is opened (even if with the
read pane). Is it possible to make it automatically appear in the calendar as
Tentative once the meeting is sent.

I tried using a rule to make it mark as read when it enters the inbox but it
did not work.

Any suggestions (even if the answer is no!!) are gratefully recieved

Kind regards

Rexmann
