A couple thought's

If message recipients are not able to view your inserted images, click the
Tools menu, and then click Options. Click the Send tab, click HTML Settings,
and then make sure that Send pictures with messages is selected. Then resend
your message.

Also you might try forwarding the *received* email as an attachment.

Instead of choosing Forward....

On menu bar choose Messages, on it's menu choose Forward As Attachment.
