After furious head scratching, ctc asked:

| How do I add a toolbar button to open the "Color Categories" window?

| I see how to add the button for the "Categories" drop down menu but
| the "Color Categories" selection at the bottom of that list is what I
| would like one click access to and I would like to eliminate the
| extra mouse movement and click to get it.
