1. Have you check with your ISP, and see if they are being blocked by AOL?
AOL may have an issue with your ISP, and not letting any mail through sent
by your ISP.

2. Have you tried sending the message through Charter.net's webmail
interface? If the message goes through, then it is probably an OE setting
that needs to be changed.

3. If you are sending mail through a Charter.net account, you may be
required to be connected to Charter.net service. If you use a different ISP,
you will need to change the SMTP setting to match that ISP's outgoing
server. Also select Outgoing server needs logon for authentication, in the
mail acct's server setting tab. Under the Advance button there, use the ISP
connection userid and password settings.

4. You may want to check Charter.net's help pages or contact them directly,
and see if the have a different server or port settings for business
traveler's. Sometimes they use a different port than "25" for these
individuals. And it might work for you.
