You'll need to post more complete information. "Insert an address in word or
e-mail" is a very vague description and means nothing to us poor slobs that
sit here in a newsgroup and do not have the benefit of watching over your
shoulder to know what you mean.
You'll also need to describe how you "moved" to Vista. I hope you just
didn't try an in place upgrade of your OS and expect all your applications
to keep work as they did before. Come on. This is Microsoft. That never
happens.
