Default how to move 'contacts' from one pc to another with outlook 2003

1) Export your contacts to a comma separated value file. (See File Import
and Export)

2) CTRL + ALT + S will bring up the send/receive settings dialog. (Check the
box to check for mail every "x" minutes. This will force Outlook to do a
send/receive at startup.)

I am wanting to copy all my 'Contacts' in Outlook 2003 from the work laptop
to my home PC. They are both using Outlook 2003. How can I do this?

Also, is there an option to 'send/receive' on opening Outlook?

Thanks!
