Need Outlook Express in VISTA

If you love Outlook Express - and need it for different identities - all
password protected - easy to transfer messages and add books from one pc
to
another, easy to store for backup - FORGET VISTA. Windows Mail is great,
but
does not allow multiple identities. It's killing me!
Any light anywhere?
