Outlook

Yes, I'd like both of us to see all the messages
The simplest way, then, is for each of you to create your account and
specify that you want copies of messages left on the server when
downloading, choosing the option to delete the retained messages after some
brief period (five or ten days) in order to ensure that the server doesn't
fill up. There's no actual sharing taking place. You each have a private
copy of every message.
Another way is to actually share the PST on a network share, pointing each
Outlook instalnce at the same PST. There can be problems with this, in that
the PC containing the PST will need to be on all the time and only one
Outlook at a time will be able to access the PST. Moreover, it will need to
be an ANSI (i.e., Outlook 2000-native) PST, which will limit its size to
under 2 GB. There may be other compatibility issues with using the same PST
with both OL 2000 and 2003, so I think you'd be better off with the first
approach.
