Default pst didn't bring calendar and contacts along.

I have moved the pst from the XP system to the Vista system via USB
Flash memory drive and placed it on the desktop.

I have been to File | Open | Outlook Data File... Opened the pst on
the desk top. I get no Calendar or Contacts.

If the PST contained those folders to start with, there's no way at all
that they're still not there. I suspect you're looking at the Mail view
of the Navigation Pane which will show only mail folders. Use the
Contacts or Folder List view to see Contacts and the Calendar or Folder
List view to see your calendar.

Brian,

You were right, there is two contacts folders. One is named Contacts which
contains nothing. The other is Contacts in Personal Folders which contained
all 3,017 items. Outlook opens with Contacts not Contacts in Personal
Folders. How do I change or delete?

The calendar items are all there also in Calendar in Personal Folders. But I
could uncheck the empty one named Calendar and Outlook opens with my
calendar.
