Thx for Your answer, but:
I have no problem to open attachment I recieve. I have problem to attach any
file with specific filename, no metter for real size and structure -
something about 11bottom.jpg file.
Any ideas?

PST checked for errors - no errors.
PST is less then 1.5 Gb
Sent items and Deleted Items is empty
